We are Hope. We call ourselves Hope because we believe in improving the style of eating of the American people, by serving healthy and fresh food. To begin, we decided to start with the most important people in society, KIDS! We operate in Los Angeles inside private structures like schools, colleges, hospitals, and offices.
Taking care of others is our mantra, so work becomes a supportive exchange of gestures of love. Our philosophy is you get what you’ve been given.
Our priority is health. What is better than good healthy food to feel good? We only use the freshest and most nutritious ingredients for your children.
Our goal is to educate kids and parents that food also has powerful cultural value. Where we come from, we’ve been taught that food must be good for the body and soul. Mens sana in corpore sano.

We are Italian and come from wonderful Italian families who taught us how to cook delicious traditional food. We would love to share all the amazing and unique flavors with kids, parents, and school staff. Francesco was born and raised in the beautiful city of Palermo, Italy. Hope was born and raised in California with her Italian family, who were also born and raised in Palermo. She was blessed to have been able to experience Italy every summer since she was a little girl.
We really care about our partners. Just like we care about our food. They’re a family for us. Building a relationship of reciprocal trust is essential for our business.
