About us

A little about our new and growing catering company. Our main cuisine is Italian, but we also excel in all other types of cuisines. Our main goal is to make everything fresh and add more fruits and vegetables to children’s daily meals. We would like to lessen the amounts of frozen foods and junk foods consumed by children daily. Our menus consist of a main dish cooked fresh daily a side and fresh fruit. All we want for todays’ generation is for them to learn to eat healthy but at the same time fall in love with our food. We strive to keep our children, parents, school happy and healthy. We are also very open to any suggestions anyone may have. We can proudly say that we are a peanut free catering company and are vegan friendly. We are currently partnered with My school Account (Food Service Solutions) for online ordering. All parents will be given a student ID number where they will be able to order straight from a laptop. Parents will be able to upload money and check balances for all their kids.

Healthy mindset

Food is an integral part of who we are and what we do. Eating healthy is a moral obligation we have towards our body. Hope’s is here to convey the healthy eating mindset. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a sporadic action or even a good habit. It must be a state of mind, the normality of everyday life. We will never stop saying it: food must be fresh and not frozen, it must be seasonal and not all-year-available, it must be varied and balanced and the diet must include a lot of fruit and vegetables. These are not just words. At Hope’s we really put these concepts into practice in our way of doing things and in our menus that we prepare for our school kids.

We would be thrilled to share our food with you and your beautiful children. Our food concepts come strictly from Palermo in Sicily, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Every day in every corner of Palermo hundreds of restaurants serve the best food in the world, made with fresh ingredients from the local markets. We make sure that all ingredients in our kitchen are fresh, organic, and simple. We cook everything from scratch, following the traditional recipes from Palermo, introducing, at the same time, innovation. All our plates are accurately created to enchant and delight the palate of our customers.

Healthy and Tasty
can be synonims

Often our children, but also some adults, are convinced that the healthiest and most nutritious foods must necessarily be less tasty. The belief that vegetables and white meat are tasteless must end. At Hope’s, following the Italian tradition based on the Mediterranean diet, we maintain that every food has its own dignity and organoleptic value, even and above all the foods that appear basic: tomatoes, grains, vegetables and chicken … just give a try to our dishes and you will agree with us 🙂
